Web Designer & Developer

You design and build the sites that convert — for ambitious European companies.

You own the website — deep, hands-on across design and front-end build, landing pages and CMS, from Figma to a live, responsive, fast-loading page. You blend a designer's eye with a builder's hands: every page, component and interaction is something to craft, test and improve, and you care as much about conversion as you do about clean code.

The role

Embedded in a client's team, you take full ownership of their website and landing pages — designing and building pages that look sharp, load fast and convert. You turn ideas and briefs into live pages, keep the CMS and component system clean, and ship A/B-tested landing pages on tight timelines without waiting on engineering. The client's marketing manager sets the direction; you make it real on the web.

What you'll do

Design & build

  • Design and build responsive, fast-loading pages and landing pages (Webflow, WordPress or front-end) — from Figma to live

CMS & components

  • Structure and maintain the CMS and a scalable component / class system for blogs, case studies and resource hubs
  • Handle integrations (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, GA4) and keep tracking clean

Optimise & test

  • Ship A/B-tested landing pages on tight timelines, optimise performance, and apply on-page SEO basics (clean structure, meta tags, semantic HTML)

  • ✓Fluent in English, written and spoken
