Marketing Project Manager

You keep marketing shipping — on time, on budget, on brief — for ambitious European companies.

You own delivery — deep, hands-on across planning and timelines, resourcing and coordination, keeping every campaign and creative project moving. You're organised, calm under pressure and allergic to dropped balls: every project, deadline and handoff is something you plan, track and unblock, and you keep the whole team aligned and shipping.

The role

Embedded in a client's team, you take full ownership of how their marketing gets delivered — turning plans into shipped work, on time and on budget. You build the timelines, coordinate designers, writers, developers and specialists, manage stakeholders and agencies, and clear the blockers before they become fires. The client's marketing manager sets the direction; you make sure it actually ships.

What you'll do

Planning & timelines

  • Translate objectives into clear plans, timelines and milestones with go/no-go checkpoints, and keep everything on track

Coordination & delivery

  • Coordinate designers, writers, developers, specialists and external agencies; run the day-to-day and keep everyone aligned
  • Manage resources and budget, spot risks early, and unblock before they slow things down

Tracking & communication

  • Track delivery health and campaign progress, and keep stakeholders updated with clear, tailored reporting
