Graphic Designer
You turn ideas into visuals that stop the scroll — for ambitious European companies.
You own the visuals — deep, hands-on across social and ad creative, landing pages and web assets, brand collateral and infographics. You bring campaigns to life and keep the brand sharp and consistent: every asset is crafted to look great and do its job, and you pair strong design instincts with a feel for what actually performs.

The role
Embedded in a client's team, you take full ownership of their visual output — turning briefs and ideas into polished, on-brand design across every channel. You produce the creative that campaigns run on, keep the brand consistent everywhere, and ship fast without dropping quality. The client's marketing manager sets the direction; you make it look the part.
What you'll do
Creative & campaigns
- Design social graphics, ad creative and campaign visuals across formats and platforms — static and animated
- Build landing pages and web assets that look sharp and convert, working closely with the marketing team
Brand & consistency
- Keep the brand consistent across every deliverable, working from and extending brand guidelines
- Produce marketing collateral, infographics, presentations and sales assets that make complex things clear and on-brand
- Develop and refine reusable visual elements — templates, icon sets, layouts — that scale across the client's channels
Craft & delivery
- Concept fresh creative directions and bring ideas to the table, not just execute briefs
- Manage multiple projects to deadline and prepare clean, production-ready files for digital (and print where needed)
- Iterate quickly on feedback while keeping the quality bar high
