Marketing Analytics Specialist

You turn marketing data into decisions — for ambitious European companies.

You own measurement — deep, hands-on across tracking and tagging (GA4, GTM), dashboards and reporting, attribution and funnel analysis. You're data-driven to the core: every campaign, channel and touchpoint is something to measure, question and turn into a clear insight, and you help the team steer on numbers, not gut feeling.

The role

Embedded in a client's team, you take full ownership of their measurement and reporting — turning scattered data into a clear picture of what's working and where the growth is. You set up clean tracking, build the dashboards the team actually uses, and dig into the numbers to find the opportunities others miss. The client's marketing manager sets the direction; you give them the truth to steer by.

What you'll do

Tracking & measurement

  • Set up and maintain clean tracking and tagging (GA4, Google Tag Manager) across the client's site and campaigns

Dashboards & reporting

  • Build clear KPI dashboards and deliver cross-channel performance reports the whole team can act on
  • Benchmark performance across channels and advise on the KPIs that matter

Analysis & insight

  • Analyse user behaviour, conversion and funnel flows, and multi-channel attribution to find what's driving results
  • Design and read A/B tests, and turn trends into concrete recommendations
